    Not sure why. He seemed to post lots of good information. He may have been a bit harsh at times, but didn't think it was bannable.

    People are usually banned for the activties that forum members don't necessarily see; for posts that have been put up and deleted before many people see them; for PMs behind the scenes; for continual behaviour that they've been asked to change etc.

    i know this is the "lunchbox" place so i will ask my question here.

    Does anyone know the nutritional data for a thin slice or turkey and ham? Like ones you would get from you local or grocery deli and put on a sandwhich?

    i pack a lunch box everyday even when im not working. that way i have my breakfast at 5:30am, midmorning snack at 9am, lunch at 12noon, mid afternoon snack at 3pm, post workout shake at 6:30pm, dinner at 7:30pm and then a small snack at 9:30 before bed.

    example of my lunch box (paper bag):
    6oz cup of fat free greek yogurt (flavored)
    1 oz of almonds or peanuts
    10 baby carrots
    1 string cheese
    a pear
    an apple
    10 strawberries cut-up
    small premade bagged salad (dole) with 2 tbs of dressing (fat free kraft ceasar)
    3oz of perdue short cuts chicken in salad
    1/2cup brown rice that i make every week in my rice maker. usually add a tsp of olive oil.

    i also bring a gallon jug of water which i make myself finish before i leave work at 4pm.
