Thanks! I plan on it. I lolz'ed when the personal trainer in the gym, a 180-200 lb guy appraised my T-bar rows, and when I walked through that part of the gym again, I saw he used my weight, and struggled.

    Monday: Pushing

    Hammer strength bench press (the usual machine): 90x10, 180x5, 200x3, 230x1, 250x1, 250xfailed rep
    HS Board press: 270x1, 270xfailed rep, 270x1, 270x1
    HS Shoulder press: 90x10, 140x6, 160x2

All in pounds. No martial arts, since my brother got a concussion last night longboarding, so I had to keep an eye on him.

    Tuesday: Pulling

    Wide-grip pull-ups: BWx20, 20x15, 35x10, BWx12
    T-bar rows: 90x10, 115x10, 140x10
SLDL- 135x5, 135x4. I had to sneak off to the side to do these. Our coach is really iffy about deadlifts of any sort.

    1 Hr JKD/Kickboxing
    1 Hr Savate (French kickboxing)

I think I'm gonna start pulling 4 45's on the t-bar rows, soon. I definitely could have gone up in weight today. Feeling good about it.

    Thursday: Legs

Squats, deep, paused reps: 135x10, 185x3, 225x3, 245x1, 245x1, 245x1 Got deeper and deeper for each working set (245)
    Hypers coming to perpendicular: 45x20, 90x5, 45x20

    1 Hr JKD

Nice squats today, felt really good to go nice and deep. Pause reps suck though, they're hard as hell for how little weight is on the bar. Gotta work on getting deeper though.

    Monday: Pushing more stuff
    HS Bench press: 90x12, 180x5, 210x3, 230x1, 250xfail, 230xfail
    Parallel Dips: 30, 20, 20

Weak, weak, weak day. I felt pretty damn bad on the dips, I used to be able to pound out a set of 70. Oh well, can't except much from an injury.

Thanks! I still didn't like it. Usually I'm not failing on those reps I'd failed on.

    Saturday: Back and biceps
I missed my friday workout, which woulda been this

    Pull-ups: BWx20, +25x10, +25x8
    T-bar rows: 90x10, 135x10, 180x10, 180x10
    Cable rows: 160x10, 170x10, 180x10, 190x10
Barbell rows: 135x10, 135x10 stopped cuz it hurt my wrist something awful
    Dumbbell rows: 90x10, 100x8, 110x6, 120x6

I know, it was a funky workout, cuz I was lifting with some old buddies. Not at all my usual workout. Too much volume for me. Didn't even feel like that good of a workout, cuz they use tons of sets but not as many reps or to failures.

Sunday: 30 min boxing. 3x3min boxing rounds, followed by drills.

    Monday: BACK ON THE BAR!!!

    BB Bench press: 45x20, 115x10, 135x10, 155x3, 165x3, 175x1
    Skull crushers: 65x14, 85x8, 65x12
    HS Shoulder press: 90x8, 110x8

Not a full workout, but it felt really good to get back on the barbell. Finally able to bench legit now. I got some nice Harbinger wrist wraps, which really helped.

    Tuesday: Pulling my DEADLIFTS!!!

    Trap Bar Deadlifts: 135x10, 225x5, 255x3, 275x3, 295x3, 315x3
    Weighted Wide-grip pull-ups: 25x10, 25x10, 25x10
    T-bar rows: 90x10, 135x10, 180x6

Felt pretty damn good that my deadlift hasn't decreased as much as I thought it would. In fact, I feel like I'm at where I was. Heck yeah! Time to hit 375 again. I'm thinking by the end of the calendar year, and 405 by the end of the school year!!!

Thanks man! I'm really looking for a big deadlift again, cuz I was sad when I dropped from the injury. Are the goals realistic, do you think? Cuz this wasn't as heavy as I thought it was.

I guess it depends on you and how fast you progress. I just started deadlifting about 2 months ago and I've shot up really fast so I think you can realistically hit your goal.

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. At first I was a punk on here, but now I understand what this is for. I'm really motivated when I look at the big hitter's logs on here to do better, get stronger and be like them.

Thanks! I've got some semi-realistic goals that I hope to achieve by the end of the calendar year. Most of them are re-hitting old weight thou, since I lost some due to the wrist injury.
Squat to 315, deadlift to 375 and bench press to 205. The DL and BP are getting back to where I was.
