Monday: Pushing stuff and learning PL BP form

    BB Bench press: 45x20, 95x10, 155x3, 155x3, 155x3, 165x3, 165x3
    Skull crushers: 75x8, 75x10, 75x6
OHP: 75x10, 75x10 (Afterthought, cuz we only had a few minutes left of class).

Today, I began the quest of learning the proper powerlifting form for bench press. Pretty easy, actually, once I figured the set-up. My coach told me to drive my heels into the floor, and we weight rose.

Really? Like the exercise or the weight? I didn't think it was that heavy.

Thanks! My "coach" said like 60% 1rm was a good weight to use, and not to go to failure, so I just listened to him. I think its about right.

    Sunday: Training with my friend

1.75 hours high intensity boxing drills, half of the time I hit stuff, other half I fed mitts. 6x3min boxing rounds, 3x3 rounds of defense drills.

I'm coming off of the deload tomorrow, gonna give Westside Barbell a try while on winter break, hopefully I like it.

    Thanks! I try my hardest.

Friday: Improvised DE Bench Press day

Pushups: 6x25 as fast as I could with 30 second rest, 1 min for last 2 sets
    Tricep extensions: 30x10,12,12
    WGPU: 15, 10, 8 (Really weak pullups)
Overhead Press: 80-100 lbs x 10, 10, 9F (Not sure how much the bar weighed)

Gym was closed, so I had to make do with what I had at home. Bad week for everything, I'm still getting over some form of sickness, so I hadn't been able to do anything since Monday's ME DL day.

I gotta new bike thou! Thanks to momma <3

    Saturday: ME DL

    Conventional Deadlift: 135x10, 185x5, 225x3, 275x1, 315x1, 335x1, 345x1
Snatch-grip deadlift: 135x10 WOW, these are difficult. My grip went to HELL.
    SLDL: 225x6or7, 275x3 and a half
Weighted Pull-ups: +50x5 then BWx10 with no rest.

Did less than I did last ME DL day, so I feel bad. But sickness and time off isn't conducive of growth. Got videos to get up sometime. If I can figure that **** out xD

Oh yeah, gym closed 40 minutes after me and my friend got there.

    Friday: DE Bench Press

BB Bench press: 45x20, 95x10, 95x3x8sets for speed. I felt like I was moving too slow, but Steven said it was fast. Weight increase next week.

Military Press: 95x8, 95x8 Felt really easy.
Push-press: 115x7 Was going to Military press it, but the first was more difficult than I anticipated, so I push-pressed it.

Dips: +10x20, +20x12, +30x8. The weight's are tentative, since I'm not sure how much the pack weighed, which was the first set. Then 10 plates, then two 10 plates.

Wide Grip Pullups: BWx25, BWx18. MASSIVE bicep pump for some reason.
T-bar rows: 45x1 minute. Teaching a friend form.
