Hypertrophy is something that can be achieved with pretty much any intensity of load, as long as the work is progressive.

For naturals, maximum arm size is approx. 10 inches larger than wrist size at any given movement. It can/will be larger than 10 inches for overweight individuals. For example, I have 20 inch arms at an 8.3" wrist size.

My arm size is about as large as it gets for a natural, so for you to have the save arm size you will need:

    1) To have trained for quite a long time, and...

    2) To be overweight, at least 280-300 pounds. Unless you are well over 6'1" or 6'2".

A 20 inch arm at a bodyweight of 184 pounds is virtually impossible, would require years and years of training, and wouldn't be natural.

Apologies, my understanding of the location of the Arm in human anatomy is quite different from what is accepted by Science.

    Re-measured, and got 15.74 inches.

Once again, my apologies. I really wasn't fooling anyone, neither was I trolling.

In his prime Hulk Hogan claimed 24" arms, but through most of his career they sat around 20". Just for a comparison.

I've been lifting since last October and I've always loved arms, specifically biceps.. I'm 15 right now and my arm size was 15 1/2 cold.

Im 15 and I'm sitting around 15" flexed. I'm extremely ectomorphic though. Its really just how your body's built, my arms have always been my weak point.

Average adult has like 12.5 inch arms ... Average meaning people that don't workout and are just people doing people ****.. those who lift are going to crush those numbers..... I mean you don't lift weights to look.... average....or to be average strength...

hopefully I met my quota for the use of the word "average"

There's too many variables such as your frame (whether you're big boned or small boned etc) I myself am reaching 19 years old at 5"7 small frame and my arms are 13" flexed which is sh!t but keep in mind they were 10.5 before I started lifting (looked like literal twigs) due to my small stature and being really really weak
"Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated"

Lift heavy one week. Lift heavier the next, and the next and the next. Eventually the heavy weight you lifted that one week will be the weight you use to warm up for the heavy weight you lift now.
