    Default Football Offseason approching

    Hi,

    I'm 16, 6'5 275 lbs and I play as an Offensive tackle. I've read the Off-Season Football Training that I found pretty good but I need to work out on my speed too. And I would like to know if NO-Explode is a good product because I heard that it's not really good for you health compared to other creatine products. And what type of exercice should i do to increase my speed, because I can't really go outside to train for my speed because I live in Montreal and it's really cold so what type of exercices can I do in my house or at my gym to work on my speed?

    Hi, About NO explode if you take it properly as described on it, it shouldnt give any health risks, any things that are bad for you generally get banned pretty quick.

    For speed is it that you just cant build the speed up or that you cannot run at speed for a very long period of time?

    My enduranc is pretty good, it's more the sprints and the rapidity of the the feets.
