    Default Out of date whey

Yeasterday I bought a tub of reflex nutrition chocolate flavoured whey I've never had this stuff before but it tastes kind of funky and its pretty foamy when it gets mixed. Smells sort of like yeast as well. I'm not sure if its out of date or somethin cos I didn't check the tub before I put it into a different one and threw that one away. Any advice on what I should do greatly appreciated.

I've never had that kind before so I can't really compare the two. You could always just choke it down. Where did you buy it from? Can you return it?

Unfortunately i cant return it because i already threw its original tub away but the taste is seriously disgusting and tastes nothing like chocolate. And i spent my last bit of money on it until my next payday in a month. Im just wondering if it is in fact out of date will it cos any illnesses cos as u said i can always down it so the taste i dont care about.

Hmm the only thing I can think of to tell for sure is try and buy a sample sachet? See what that tastes like. If its different, its probably out of date and wouldnt take it.

Should be fine. I buy close to or expired from GNC all the time at a fraction(90% off) of the cost all the time. If there's digestive enzymes, they may have broken down, but I doubt it. You should be good up to 6 months or even one year after the "use by" date.

The word "Gag" should be placed before Reflex.
