    Default Upper/Lower Split

Does anyone have any pre-designed Upper/Lower or Push/Pull (i think is the other name for them) workouts?

I know there is Dave's Upper/Lower, kind of want to shop around for the workout.

This will be more aimed at building mass for when I complete my strength routine I'm currently running.

I have searched and there isn't much discussed about it, although after reading a recent thread and article it seems to be the way to workout, for most people.

Any direction on the workouts would be greatly appreciated.

Look up Lyle McDonalds Generic Bulking Routine. It's a good baseline.

Thanks, I will look this up and maybe just google some others for some comparison since I have some time before my strength routine is completed.

Just as a catch up, I think I will be doing Lyle McDonalds workout. There are not very many "Pre-Made" or "Cookie Cutter" A/B Splits it seems.

This one looks pretty solid, maybe with some adjustments on exercises, we'll see

I am not sure if I'll try to start a log again for this one or not, I have troubles keeping it posted, even if I am on this site continuously lol.

Sounds good! At least take some before/after pics or give us your thoughts on the routine every once and a while.

Haha maybe, I've been trying to gain weight throughout the summer and now i'm finally starting to get fat. Kind of annoying actually, I'm not really sure if my muscle mass has gone up much.

Oh well. Do this routine after strength and hopefully my mass will jump then have a nice spring cut!
