    I'm going to see them at the taste of chaos tour with Papa roach and 2 other bands. Should be a good one!Should be some good mosh pits with Disturbed!

    Blink 182 tickets went on sale in the UK this morning. My alarm ****ing went of late and I missed the start of sale by 1 min - At which point they were all gone. I was going to buy 12 and sell them on too... already their going at double the price, damn!!!!!

    Actually, I dont listen to music. I watch a movie during cardio, then during weights I just do them. But the gym is playing music videos in the background, so its whatever they have going over the PA.

    red hot chili peppers,, metallica, led zeppelin, scorpions, black sabbath, incubus, the who, queen, deep purple, and santana.

    rock music just has this beat that wants to make you lift.
    Eat , Lift , Sleep , (repeat )

    Slowly but surely and supplement when you need to.

    haven't heard of those bands yet. try lifting while RCHP are on. gives you more energy. its my protein shake. ahahaha
