    I'm on Promasil. It's protein only, mostly a whey isolate and made for lean building as I am still 3 lbs over my weight target of 155lbs. I use milk to mix and will even had a banana if my w/o occurs before 10 am.

    No creatine for this kid.
    - Run 30 miles weekly, swim 2 miles weekly, one spin class (Its Winter).
    - Lifting: Two Routines for Full body WO.
    - Whey Protein Isolate, Daily Vit Spectrum, and the rest is in my Diet.

    Occasionally I'll use BSN syntha 6 if im out of AMP.
    Yikes brother, this is VERY expensive whey and nothing special.

    Also, you should knwo that the creatine is useless at this dose beyond the first week. There was a study with urinary creatinine samples awhile back, but the site took it down because it conflicted with a sponsor's product (kre-alkalyn specifically).

    Hey Halik I completely agree with you about the AMP...it is very pricey however for some reason I see the best results with it. I would like to switch to something else because the price is getting out of control. Thanks for the info on the creatine I'll have to do some research.

    I like AAEFX N/F Pro or AAEFX IGF-33 mixed with milk or grape juice in off season.

    50g dextrose
    5g glutamine
    5g creatine
    1g green tea extract
    1g HMB

    Loads cheaper to buy them seperately but then you got the hassle of putting it all together. I'm tight so I take the hassle over the expenditure.

    Yeah, i bought them all seperate. but i get everything by the kilo so it lasts forever. I usually buy all my supps for 12wks at a time. Im just putting together everything for my 12 week cut which will start begening of march.
