    A possible useful topic for members

    If you use a post workout drink

    (1) What is your favourite post workout brand of supplement?
    (2) Is it a protein only or a protein and carbohydrate mix?
    (3) Do you take the supplement with water, milk or another beverage?

    So to start this off

    I use .....

    (1) USN Muscle fuel anabolic
    (2) Blend of proteins and blend of carbohydrates
    (3) With water

    Whey protein with milk, sometimes I replace that with Xtend if my stomach needs something lighter.

    ON 100% Gold Standard Whey choclate 2 scoops
    and Either 10 ounces of milk
    or
    10 ounces of water
    70grams of dextrose.

    Recently I've just been going with the milk, for no other reason than, to me, it is more convenient.

    Been using Endurox R4, complete 4:1 ratio. Read it's more of an endurance after drink, may try something else when I run out.

    (3) Do you take the supplement with water, milk or another beverage?It is pre-packaged (ready to drink) I buy it by the case.

    When I get home I eat a meal and drink some Xtend.

    I drink a protein shake mixed with milk. It's either Myofusion or Big Blend at the moment but it varies by whatever I have at the time. I pop two AAEfx Kre Alkalyn capsules with it.
