    Made the cheesecake. It was only about 1/8th the thickness of yours. Not sure what I did wrong. I just mixed everything together and baked it at the times and temps stated in the post. Just to note it tastes absolutely freaking delicious! Just doesn't look as pretty...

    Did you use a springform pan?
    Did you beat the cream cheese first?
    Did you add the eggs 1 at a time (and last)

    Major factors right there.

    Did you let it cool long enough?

    Peanut Butter Pumpkin Muffins with Vanilla Protein Pudding, Bananas, and Strawberries:



    120g Pancake Mix (Complete)
    12g PB2
    30g Whey Protein (Vanilla)
    1/2 cup Almond Milk
    1/3 cup pumpkin
    1 Egg
    3 White
    Baking Powder
    Splenda
    Cinnamon
    30g Greek Yogurt

    Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.

    Preparing an Indian Chicken Curry with Fried Rice, Peppers, and Onions!



    Fried Rice:
    1 cup cooked rice
    cooked with 1 egg and 2 whites in a skillet with peppers/onions

    Curry Sauce:
    Cooked Chicken
    Diced Tomatoes (250g Worth)
    Greek Yogurt (100g)
    Cajun, Paprika, Chili Powder, Caribbean Jerk Spice, and tumeric spice

    Simmer and cook on a lower heat, and then kill the heat and let it thicken

    Homemade Cinnamon Roll (Before being cut up into rolls):

    15 Fat - 85-100 Carbs - 80 Protein

    30g Whey/Casein of Choice
    1 TBSP Flour/Pancake Mix
    1 TBSP Baking Powder
    1 TBSP Cinnamon
    1 TBSP Splenda/Stevia
    60-80g Crushed Cereal (I used Cinnabon)
    1 Egg
    3 Whites (Can use 4 whites)
    ½ Cup Milk (I used Almond)

    bake 350 for 20-25 minutes
    Take out and allow to cool for 5 minutes
    Spread Protein Pudding/Sludge (however you wish to make i used 30g Protein, 100g Greek Yogurt, 30g Cream Cheese) across mixture
    Sprinkle extra cinnamon/Splenda
    ROLL into a long roll (as you see below) and bake at 400 for 3-5 extra minutes to firm up

    Cut into rolls and enjoy!

    Homemade Kabob's

    Chicken
    Steak

    all raw on a kabob stick and then grilled . SO easy and so delicous.. very macro friendly:
