    its the best lifestyle mate i couldnt see myself doing anything else loving bodybuilding and helping people is my life !

    advice i would say stick to your knowleadge dont let others get in your way eg some might say that wont work ect -- go with your beleifs - you oviously have good knowleadge that is very important to buy looking at your pic i think youl do fine mate you oviously know how to diet and train hard !

    he was doing eveyrthing 2x per week having one heavy day 1 light day

    mon upper heavy
    tues lower heavy
    wed hitt cardio
    thurs chest and back light
    fri legs light
    sat shoulders and arms light
    sun hitt cardio

    he still trains with me he got to prs the other day 120kg squats for 1

    and 3 weeks ago 150kg deadlift for 3 reps hes a strong mofo !!! so proud of him !

    hitt 2x per week to keep his metabolism high

    and low intensity as he got leaner about 4-5 times per week at the end
