So you did push monday, pull tues, off wed, full body Thurs? If so that should really be fine but don't go crazy with volume on the full body.. mmake sure you listen to your body Thursday.. hope that helped
I wouldn't recommend it, but it could be OK for a one off.
Your recovery may very well be compromised by doing so, so as said becareful with the volume you are using and such.
Consistency is the key
If that's all the work you did all week I think that would be perfectly fine. If you think about it, you would be working your fullbody completely only twice in one week, which by anyone's standards is not excessive.
Go for it.
Monday: Upper heavy lifting
Wednesday: Lower heavy lifting
Friday: Full Body Pump training
