    Default What should I weigh?

I have went from 260--> 240 already through light cardio and 6 months of lifting. I am about 6' 2"-3". What should I weigh? What should my target weight be? I've got kind of broad chest/shoulders. My goal is to be nice and strong with big arms. I guess I really need to start focusing on cutting instead of gaining lean muscle. But yea what should be my weight goal? i think I need a mid term goal of losing my fat before I achieve my get ripped goal.

The guys I know with your described height and build who workout usually achieve a muscular look in the 220-230 range. Of course, this is just my uneducated and unscientific guess.

To do more than what is required is to give 110%

This damn tire above my waist. I guess I really need to hit the cardio. I was thinking about 230 myself....Somehow I think my gut weighs more than 10 lbs. But I don't care, I'm super proud of myself. The best is when others really take note of the changes.

It's one thing to be a certain weight, another to have a particular body fat percentage.

I get that totally. Weight is so subjective. Percentage is not. I'll have to get my measurements and get my fat % from that guy in that thread on here. Then go from there.
