Start at the low end of the rep range, and the next session increase by a rep or two, still using a light weight. For the third session try do the full rep range of all the movements.

I only have time for morning training. Can I use the same weight like if I would train at the evening? Next time ordering supplements you better try MyProtein Discount Code to have some discounts at Myprotein.

In order to do get the best built u needed to sweat a lot in gym with weighted protein diet and less carb diet. After 7 months you needed to be on low water during training sessions.

Yes one more thing you need to carry upon to do gyming with heavy weights is not enough. To provide correct amount of strain on body muscle will do good.

I follow Shreddybrek quite often - he began competing as a NABBA bodybuilder in 2013.

He doesn't compete in a classic class, but he's not a mass monster and when he gets on stage he gets in good condition. He has quite the classic physique. He is sponsored by Protein Dynamix and plugs protein discount codes on his site cheapproteindiscountcodes.co.uk but in his videos he mentions that he'd only ever recommend protein and creatine to a beginner.

He does a 6 day workout split which was created by Eddy Ellwood a former Mr Universe (I think he holds the record for most wins ever). So stay away from too many supplements and don't overeat to avoid the extended gut. This will help you get a classic physique

Classic is timeless, it's revered, and it's always imitated. A classic physique is all about symmetry, balance, and proportion. Every muscle flows into the next with seamless harmony. No part is too big or too small. Words like "freak" and "mass" are replaced with "perfection" and "aesthetics

    Hi Carl,
It is an informative post. The program is well thought of and I am sure it can work. I will recommend it to a friend who is interested in developing wider shoulders.

The program looks fine, I wish you had also uploaded some of the pics you have gathered while following it. I also have a few questions. What of if you cannot follow the program because of some valid reason like busy at your place of work? Which other options do you have? I mean are there supplements that go with the program?
