Boobs are mostly fat...lose the fat, lose the boobs. Period. And the skin, well, that doesn't really get any smaller so what used to be big boobs can start looking like cow tongues. But like Maniac said, building the pec muscles does help to give the illusion of fuller breasts, as the muscle beneath helps to make them push out, so to speak. It's unfortunate for girls who do work so very hard to look so incredibly fit, that to remain looking female they feel forced into breast augmentation. I applaud those that don't feel the need to get a boob job. I myself, would love one.

This definitely happened to me once I started running. Didn't really loose a ton of weight (cuz I was pretty thin already)... but the faster I ran, the faster is seems my boobs ran away lol

All right, guys... Let's keep this classy here. Thank you to those that posted with advice. I realize this is a subject that can walk a fine line, but it is a worthwhile topic to discuss in the ladies forum, hence there being a ladies forum.

From my experience, if you do chest exercises your bust measurement will increase. Once upon a time I was a 32 C, and after 2 years of training I had changed to a 34 B. I also went from 30% body fat, to 20% body fat in this time. So, my band measurement is a bit more girthy due to overall muscle gain. After dieting down for a figure competition, bra was pretty much unneccessary, but overall my breasts appeared larger. Now, a year later I am back up to 20% body fat and a 34 B. Having definition in your chest gives the appearance of "cleavage" in my case, a small shadow that makes me appear bustier and the top of my shirts around my underarms remains smooth. I think chest exercises are a must. Cup size is dependant on how much body fat you carry in that area. I just so happen to be naturally pear shaped, so I really didn't have much to lose anyway.

Please stop using online translation tools. It's very obvious.

I can't think of a worse name than "boob pop".

So what would exercises like bench press with bar/decline or other weight machines that work chest do for breasts?

Not women with huge ones but more like for women who arent very busty to those who are medium bust. They probably dont want them to get any smaller. So would doing these workouts make them get smaller?

Im going to be working out with this girl and i told her she should do chest and shes kind of hesitant.
I know that many have different advice about this. I don't think there is any problem working on your whole body before you have any kind of operation. But I'd rather not train my chest again. After all, I had taken the breast implant surgery after reviewing a lot of sites. and I took the treatment. I would however like to continue doing arm, shoulder and back exercises. It's all about balance. Concentrate on your whole body but don't stress too much.
