    Default 15 Years Old, 6 Months of Training

    I'm not quite sure where to go from here. I could use a bulk, but a cut might be necessary, too. Perhaps a bit of help? And, believe me, I know my abs need work. I didn't know I was going to a before/after kind of thing, so my before picture is just a casual picture.

    bulk bulk bulk bulk. btw our arm genetics are very similar. your arm looks like mine about a year ago
