I was going to do leg press but there was a group that had all the plates used up and bouncing between the leg press and smith machine. No biggie, squats and deads for heavy work then this session at planet fitness is plenty enough for me. Tomorrow I'll go back to do some machine benching and smith machine bhtnp.
As long as you get your tootsie rolls and pizza Fridays it's worth the price of admission Reeve's volume ain't no joke!

So I'm back on Reeves. Needed a program to force me to lift more than 20 minutes at a time. Today was day 3 of it. I'm modifying it to where all dead lifts are done on my week off at home. So the 3 days on boat are with rows. Also doing every other day vs 3 days a week.
Feeling good about it and i am also going to give intermittent fasting another go. I work 6 hour shifts so my morning shift i have breakfast. About 9 am a protien shake and after 11 am work out is done i eat a meal . Then fast until 5 a.m
At home that may be worked around. Will see

Bodyweightx 6,6,6 up 5 total reps since last time

Body weight dips x 10,10,10 +3 total reps

Total time 46 minutes taking 2 minutes between sets.

I'm getting into my working weight and will only add 1 rep per exercise until all get to 12 reps then add weight and drop back to 8 reps. My lifts are down but i feel great after a session. It has been a couple years since I've done a full body routine. I think its just what i needed at this time and hope to run this for a while
