I am 15 now, by the time im 18 do you think it is possible to decrease my 40 time from a 4.8 to a 4.4-4.5? If I work out my legs and upperbody? Im wondering will i run slower because im getting heavier but stronger legs, or will having stronger legs improve my speed?

The leg workouts i do currently are:
    Squat
    Hang clean
    Dead lift
    calf raises
    leg press
    and straight leg deadlifts

What else can i do to improve speed?
