    Me for example, the only reason I bench is to build my chest. I care more about my squat, deadlift, snatch and clean and jerk. But my main focus is squat, deadlift, snatch and clean and jerk.

    Do you know why a lot of athletes dont care about bench? Its because the place you generate power from is your glutes, legs and lower back (and hip flexors to an extent).

    I think Coach's focus (from what I can remember) is a sport?

    Not going to get into a huge fued over this, i followed Coaches log for a while before all this. He definately had a focus on building muscle to look good and get strong. Not for sport..
    I know every person have different goals, im not saying you dont.. im just saying from the point of view coach was going from he would be arrogant almost about how good his deadlift/squats are to people even when form was horrible but when his bench is clearly lagging and needs work he needs the same peoples advice who he basically told to **** off when he put a deadlift video up where his form more likely to break his back.

    i think the only problem in the videos is that his hat isnt tilted. Everyone knows when you wear a ballcap you have to tilt it to compensate for your weak side.

    Yeah I totally understand what your saying, I do tend to agree with the arrogance as well. My point was more some people dont put a lot of emphasis on bench
