    April has been a great month for me! Meals and Training are never better. I have dropped a couple lbs. but I honestly think its cause the days are longer and Im up for more hours. I have added PrimaForce Carb Slam to my Diet so that sound fix that! I am taking in 50 grams post work along with 2 scoops SciVaton Whey.

    I have switched up my split

    Legs with Dead Lifts
    Chest and Arms ( arms are all super sets)
    Off
    Back and bi's
    Shoulders and Tris
    Off

    Today I had Legs with Deads

    I do Deads first
    -4 warm up sets followd 4 of 6 at 405
    -Hack Squats 2 warm sets followed my 4 sets of 6-8 with 3 plates
    -Walking Lunges 3 sets of 12
    -Standing Leg curls 3sets of 8
    -Super Set Extentions and lying leg curls for 4 sets of 15
