    Default Anyone have a good plyometric routine

    I need a good plyometric routine that's an all around workout to do on my off days so I can keep muscle activity up. I lift heavy and am becoming stiff and would like to have something to do in between that work my muscles and increase explosiveness and flexibility. I wrestled in HS and have been thinking about how we trained and wouldn't mind hitting that kinda work out again
