    Any replacement ideas instead of pullup or lat pull down?

    That's the real question at hand. Replacing pull ups because you cannot do them is one thing but no lat movement???

    For the longest time all I was able to do was rows. My apartment didn't have a well built structure for a door chin and I was only able to train early morning on a student income. My back became one of my better body parts on rows alone. Was it amazing or anything fantastic, not really. I was told it was my best part though, so it may just be the rest of myself was terrible lol!
