    Ok time to kick this thing back up again. Unfortunately it'll be a little while until I'm back up to the weights I was lifting before. Little girl is now 2 months old and it's really been almost 2 years since I've been able to workout consistently... And (boooo) I'm still struggling with knee issues. I'll update tomorrow with the lifting I did today

    I hear ya, Peachy. I haven't lifted much all summer, though I have ridden lots, weights stress the muscles differently. I'm starting out again with light BW squats and DB goblet squats, and the DOMS is hammering me... :-(

    Yeah that's the other issue... my extra baby weight lol. I'm going to have to be creative to lose this weight and get back in shape
