Ok so I suck at cooking, so I try to make stuff that doesn't take much preparation. Also, I was looking for something pretty heavy to fill me up. Being a poor college student, I don't have much in the cabinets, but I scrounged around and made something that filled me up and tasted surprisingly good, so I decided to share it!

Nutritional Info:

Ingredients I used:
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 cup Kashi GoLean ORIGINAL (I actually used the ALDI version)

That's it. Just mix it together REALLY well. It's almost a shoulder workout. It ends up kind of like a chunky pudding or something.

WARNING: This mixture looks gross as hell. Seriously, it looks like Hamburger Helper. If you can only eat food that looks good, avoid this. Also, just like a PB&J, you might want to eat it with a glass of milk.

Anyway, I think it's a good dessert or something especially for a bulk. Hopefully someone out there tries this!
