    Default 3 Years Training - 18 yr/old

    Only two pictures cause I didn't have alot of time but I wanted to take some progress pictures. Yes I know the "posing" is bad, it is hard to pose and snap shots haha.

    Anyways these were taken 8 days out from a Men's Physique Comp.





    Yes pale haha. Anyways are there any blaring muscles I should bring up, or just general comments?

    DAMN dude awesome build lean and swole great job! Now im not nick picking you but in this picture everything looks great with the exception of traps, could just be the angle ect. I tihnk you are gonna do great!

    I think the traps look small because hes doing a lat spread and the first pic is taken from below trap level, aka looking up, so that makes the traps look smaller as well. Anyway looking amazing mate

    Please take no offense to this, because it should be more of a compliment than anything.... but have you gotten these gains all naturally?

    If so.... all i can say is WOW.

    TO me, it seems like it would be impossible to be that thick and muscular... yet still have a waist size that looks like 26"... and doing it all naturally. EIther way... great work... keep it up~

    considering your taking these pictures yourself while trying to pose you should get some bonus points ! Your definitely dialed in!!!!

    Can you slow down next time and maybe get a friend to take a few pics , your upper body progression is great questions is... You got wheels ? Post a few full body pics up if you can !!!! hope the show went well !!
