Ok, to show my lack of experience, I've learned how to use the foam roller for back and leg muscle release. I think it's called active release. But I have muscle soreness in the muscle that wraps over to the Elbo from the forearm. It's normal muscle pain when pushing your limits as a novice, not tendinitis or a tear. How should I release that muscle. I've used my hand to massage it but still hurts a little. Just curious if anyone knows what to do.
