Holy crap!! Thanks, now I'm starving. That Kobe beef is awesome isn't it. I had one once at a very expensive Japanese restaurant.

very nice calorie dense diet. you should definately write a little something about your everyday diet and your thoughts about your diet routine in general. as for myself and some others its a little hard to take in the foods that you eat and the physique you maintain.

whats your daily calories and macros? how many meals a day? and how you break them down? are you a big eatter in the morning or night?

i would love to reap the benefits of your knowledge. thanks again for all the info you post on this forum.

    Calories around 2600 or so
Meals vary from day to day and how busy I am.. Sometimes 2, sometimes 3, sometimes 4. Meal Frequency has no effect in the end, hitting total calories and macros towards your goal is the key figure.

    http://www.leangains.com/2010/10/top...-debunked.html

Break them down? I have no break down, I just add up my fitday and hit my numbers, Post-workout will be largest. Pre-workout is small (to get me through and light on my stomach) rest is pre-bed most of the time.

I hate eating in the morning, never had the appetite and don't feel like making my schedule any worse than it already is (teacher).

thanks for the information. someguys eat only 2-3 meals a day and some (like myself) do 5-6 meals. i tend to get hungry every 2-3 hours. so thats why i look at your meals and i think they are calorie dense because you might have enough calories for it because you only had enough time to eat 3 meals instead of 5-6.

i love breakfast and i would eat it any day and anytime. my largest meal is breakfast and post wo.

on the weekends i tend to eat 3-4 times a day and i still eat small portions and i lack the calories. bigger meals take some getting used to.
