    Question Best Muscle Mass supplement

Hey, I have been working out for about 6 months now and things have been going pretty good. I was looking at creatine though and decided I would like to try it, I was wondering, What is the most effective (Doesn't matter the cost) creatine to use for best effects to make me look huge. Also, If I should be using another product after a workout, could you please tell me what to use? Thanks, Ryan

IMO the best most effective creatine is Micronized Creapure Creatine Monohydrate. It also happens to be the most cost effective creatine. Optimum Nutrition and Dymatize are 2 good brands to go with.
Stay away from hyped creatine blends. They are overpriced and no more effective than monohydrate. Quite possibly they are less effective than monohydrate.

I would like to note, that creatine itself will not make you "look huge". It will help increase your strength and possibly overtime give you an edge in more muscle growth. But it's not a magic bullet.

If you aren't already taking them, you should consider a good multi vitamin and whey protein powder. The whey should be used Post Workout.
Both of these supps are arguably more important than creatine.

Something with the Creapure trademark label on it.

Alright, I was looking at http://www.muscleandstrength.com/sto...nohydrate.html would that be fine for the creatine? Lastly, which vitamin and whey powder should I look at? Finally, what should I drink the creatine with?

I think dymatize would be a fine choice.
Personally I use Optimum Nutrition's Opti-men Vitamins. They suit my needs. I'm sure there are other valid options out there.

For whey I personally stick to either Dymatize Elite or Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard.

I drink my creatine with approx 6-8 ounces of 100% grape juice.

My last question, What would the daily routine be, Take the creatine in morning, then after the workout take the protein/Whey?

    You can do that.
Or you can take the creatine in the morning on off days and after the workout on workout days.

You make me understand. You helped me so much. I'm confused about it for a long time.

Best mass building supplement is red meat and lots of it with a good helping of whole eggs.

RESULTS TAKE EFFORT AND DEDICATION. IF YOU DON'T HAVE PROPER EXERCISE AND NUTRITION HABITS, SUPPLEMENTS WON'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU.......

Food is the best mass gainer. Without enough of it all attempts at supplementing a sub-par diet are futile.

If someone has everything diet and training wise in order, a solid supplement recommendation is Anabeta.

Not only does it increase appetite, but it also increases protein synthesis and nutrient utilization on its own. This makes eating enough easier, and it makes what you DO eat more likely to be used towards muscular hypertrophy.

Majority of mass gainers have whey protein as their ingredient. Whey protein is the tool for building muscle mass. But alone it has not been found as effective as in combination with a mass gainer. The reason is simple, mass gainers also contain carbohydrates and fats whereas whey is just a protein. So, mass gainers fill the void of macronutrients that is left behind if whey protein is taken alone.

I just started using creatine ( Optimum nutrition ) around a week ago.
Had a loading phase on first 4 days.
Although it is tasteless, but the suspended particles suck. Literally makes me vomit.
So I made lemonades and drank those each time. Now it's two days past my loading phase and I am having a sore throat.
Anyways it's a good supplement. I feel the power for the one last rep tho

i often use whey protein after getting up and training.
I usually use creatine after exercise and mix with whey if it is odorless and tasteless.
