    Default Gastric bypass weight gain

Hi I had a gastric bypass surgery back in January I was 307lbs I am now 145lbs I know too low I have begun working out all weight no cardio the problem is my calorie intake is way to low I can not eat much at all so stuffing my self is not a option so first thing is I need to know a good weight gainer to use and what protein supplement I should use and is there anything on the market I could use to help speed up the muscle building process. I have been using nautilus machines daily with some free weights mixed in. Been doing all the machines almost every day I know you should do the work outs every other day but I figure if I do it daily it will just happen faster any input you can give will be appreciated.

You weigh 145 lbs, how tall are you?

The fact that you had a gastric bypass to lose weight (I'm assuming that was the reason), suggests that you probably should be discussing weight gain, of any kind, with the doctor.
