    Default increase strength

    hello..i am new to this site,but i really like it,and try to learn as much as i can from it.i am 189cm tall,87 kg,i am a soccer player,and i want to increase my strength,in my upper body,and my legs.i have a 2 games in weak and some times is difficult to do more exercise after training,because i need to be fresh for the games..so if anybody can help and recommend a training program from the site,some exercise, or any advice,i'll be grateful..thanks

    took a wee while to process what you wrote.

    What experiences with free weights have you had?

    My recommendation is 3 full body workouts, based around 3 exercises e.g google starting strength, Stronglifts 5x5, or http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...e-program.html

    You'll find it quite easy initially, but I think as the weights get heavier it will be a seriously tough program. There's not too much volume, so you should be fine with football. The key is to start light, and work into the program.
