    Default body type?

    I'm now 145 7% bf but I use to weight almost 200plds is it possible I'm a ectomorph

    I I'm now 5ft 9 an yea I eat 2800 calories a day on a 5 day split an don't gain anything to 3 weeks.I really don't no what to do thanks for the help. I uploaded a profile pic btw

    Up the calories.

    If you are unable to gain weight, then the likely cause will be your calorie intake.
    Up the calories by 200 or so, monitor your weight for a week and then go from there ( whether you will need to increase or not again ).

    With less than 6 months weight training experience you shouldn't be using a 5 day workout routine.
    You could be better served working out 3-4 days instead, recovery is the key.

    Yea thanks I have just started working with a trainer this week and he told me he whants me to eat clean but have one big bad meal a night. Just only til I put on some weight he said he wants me to get to about10- 12 %.he said my body type needs I lot to grow.
