    Excuse my ignorance, if I am 183 pounds, am I in the 181 class? I'm confused after reading previous comments about where people fit into classes.

    Almost makes me want to train for powerlifting. I bodybuild and still am elite bencher, master dl, and class 1 squat. would be cool to be elite across the board.

    question: Do the numbers change every year or 2 or five etc.? Do the numbers go up at all with time?
    So you say you dont listin to the "big guy at the gym anymore" Instead you read articles and studys and go of what some science study on the internet says. Hows that working for ya? Big guy still big you still small...

    i would imagine they do for we as a people have become stronger due to better nutrition and living habits. for example 5 years ago how many 800+ teen deadlifters did you hear about, now they seem to be popping up like weeds. in a year or two new strength standards will come out and new goals will be made
