I've been lifting off and on for years, and I've put on significant muscle mass, but over all I'm getting burnt out.
with that in mind, I've decided to sink my teeth into MMA training. To that end, I got the Rushfit dvds from a friend.
However, I only have the dvds but not, most importantly, the workout schedule that is supposed to go along with it.
I've looked all over the internet for it but have had no luck. does anyone out there have or know the schedule? I really want to get started on this.
