    Default Thai training & supplements

    Hi guys,

Hoping some of you guy can help me out with what supplements to go for or try when doing my Thai classes. I have done Thai on and off for a few years but because of my job I have struggled to keep the classes up or regular exercise.

Now I have a bit more time I can fit in 2-3 (2 hour sessions a week of Thai and starting BBJ) I would like to take it more seriously and enter a few local club comps but know I need to lose weight in the process and help with my cardio etc.

Can you recommend a good supplement to help with cardio/muscle repair or examples of what you guys are using??

I have not taken any supplements before so any feedback is useful guys, i have seen a few threads mention Maximsucle Viper fro cardio/recovery but wanted some other suggestions.

    Thanks
    James

    Default

A good multi-vitamin, Whey protein and some salmon oil. If you really want to spend more money then maybe some BCAA's.
Just remember everything is dependent on your diet, these are just to supplement a good diet...hence the name "supplements".

And great news that you've started BJJ. BJJ is boss IMO
