    Default Gainer for meal replacing

    so...usually i used casein and some maltodex to replace breakfast. I just cant eat in the morning , but I ran out of everything. I want to try a weight gainer, cause Im tired of mixing supps and its kinda hard to get 500 calories when you wake up. The choices are Ultimate N. "muscle juice" or "massive whey gainer" and ON "serious mass". Which one is the "best" ?
    How much glutamine can I take in 1 day ? My PWO shake has about 10g of glutamine and many gainers also have glutamine.....maybe it was answered 100000 times, but i didnt find it .

    N-large 2 is imo the best weight gainer.

    Also for breakfast you want something faster digesting than casein, you should have that before bed. but maltodextrin is good for breaky

    I'm not sure which one is the best because I have never taken a weight gainer, but what I would recommend is just trying to eat real food in the morning. Nothing can replace real food in a diet
    Old Weight: 250 lbs (a lot muscle but a lot of fat too--football training)
    Lowest Weight (diet weight): 161 lbs
    Current Weight: 185 lbs
    Goal Weight: ~200 lbs
    Current BF%: ~10.5%

    i used to take n large, there is quite a bit of sugar in.
