    Default protein supplement help

    hey im 5'8 145 and trying to add bulk. I need 300+ grams of protein a day. Im having trouble reaching that goal. Can anyone recommend a protein supplement i could take?

    Everything I have read says to gain you need about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight daily. Another Important thing is make sure you rest if you dont rest you dont grow. More important than the supplements is the workout, they are called supplements for a reason. Also Gaining weight is a slow process look for about a pound a week (that may even be too much). With all of that being said I really enjoy Dark Matter!! or Whey gold standard with a carb supp. mixed.

    You dont need that much, probably 250 at the max. Make sure and get plenty of healthy fats like olive oil, avacado and PB along with green veggies, quality fruits, and some grains, like quinoa and steele cut oats.
