    Default Randoja-Eat Clean, Lift Heavy, Acquire Aesthetics

    Hey all. The old log was getting a bit dated after almost 12 weeks lol. Will be starting this journal to begin clean bulking and lifting for aesthetics and a well rounded physique. Haven't got my program completely ironed out yet, but it will involve the standard compounds, with isolation exercises intended to promote symmetry and proportion. Definitely going to be looking for any and all exercises to hit different parts of muscle groups. So if you see me doing 2 tricep exercises that are hitting the same head of the tricep, please let me know. Gonna eat between 3300-3400 calories per day.
