    Default 10 days lost 2kg fat

    i have been struggling to lose fat and keep muscle for a long long time by doing cardio and little wt, and after i read Doug's 4days routine, and asked him for suggestions, then i started to do the 4days routine every week
    from May 14th to May 24th, i have lost 2kg fat and kept muscles, which is exciting
    just wanna thank Doug and the awesome forum!!!
