    I am 195 pounds and 6 foot 1
    currently bulking so should hit 205 to 210 before cutting down to 190 or something.

    I'm Going to start posting videos of my workouts soon on the youtube channel linked above (theonlyannas8). I have a very unique ab routine that combines what ive seen all over the net for the past 2 years from people such as rob riches, gregg plitt, boxers and actual bodybuilders. I also have unique routines for all the muscle groups that will surely leave you sore.
    I think we can all learn from each other and give each other tips regardless of our years of experience

    Looking good mate, what's your diet like I need to lean up soon I'm a bit older than you 35 to be exact 5ft 10" and around 200lb. Any tips

    Hey man
    Im going to post videos about nutrition soon after i Finish posting one workout video for each body part
    so tune in there to get the nutrition tips and cardio tips aswell
    Just subscribe to theonlyannas8 and all your questions will be answered soon

    some quick tips i can give you is
    1) avoid refined flour aka white bread etc
    2) incorporate cheat days << ill get into that in one video
    3) calculate your macros<< another video for that coming soon
    4) incorporate intensity techniques such as super sets and drop sets to increase the number of calories burnt
    5) you need to be at a calorie deficit so you cant really gain muscle while leaning down
