    Hey all!

    Old time member here. Haven't been on in ages! How is everyone? Is the old crew still around? Anyways, I'm back and ready to get serious about lifting again. This site got me so far in the past, and now I've been going to the gym every week but doing nothing but randomly lifting in a loosely structured manor. But I am ready to start up new routines!

    SO where do I keep track of my progress? Well, here of course!

    Granted, I haven't seriously worked out in, what, 8 months? So I'm glad I've been just doing the random workouts to get that muscle memory back. Hopefully we can have some fun along the way. Just placed a few orders on here for some sups, time to get big!

    Is Gapeach still the biggest talker around?

    I have also just made a return after 9 months of travelling. Peach is still around, along with a few of the old guard but lots arnt active any more. I think shes lost her crown too

    Thanks for the warm welcome! Glad to see a lot of familiar faces. The past school year at college was awesome, had my fair share of partying, relationships, collegiate sports, etc. Then this summer I've been working and traveling a ton. But it's always good to return to your roots, right? And this sight is my lifting roots!
