You have the craziest sweet tooth man! Always great to see your meals though I'll say the savory holds a lot more interest for me than the sweet.

Loving the exercise selections for back Bob, and the little bit of direct work for the hamstrings as-well

3 Second holds for shrugs are brutal, definitely an exercise we see way too many people perform incorrectly without any decent contraction!

Keep up the good work in here, looking beastly in the pics too.

Deeper Stretch and in a control fashion. Really focusing on firing the elbows and getting my back about 80-90 degree angle almost pendaly, straight focus on squeezing the lats and nothing else, taking away bicep/forearm engagement

I'm just getting caught up here... already a lot to read in your new log.

I'm real happy to see that you have gained motivation from your show... using it as a kick in the butt instead of a kick in the teeth... that marks you as a pro..!

No enjoying, just working and hitting my reverse numbers. I want to reverse diet right and eat a lot more on the daily basis instead of doing multiple cheat meals and cutting back on intaking and messing up my reverse. HOlding a lower bodyfat setpoint in the offseason , while leaner/strong = Winning.
