Those words mean so much Andrew. Thank you again.

Thats the whole point of a REBOUND, you dont just add 1000 calories after a 26 week or contest prep diet, that would = instant fat gain. You have to slowly rev up your metabolism. Do some research on Layne's website, Alan's Website, Martin's or Lyles about post-contest rebound. You slowly add back in calories and slowly drop cardio.

    Enjoy!!
Awesome workout LB! "Never felt so engaged"...killin it! Smart diet moves, imo.

    +1

Honestly, that pic looks better than all the other recent ones I've seen. However, I know that in competition, maximum leanness (is that a word?) is desired. Not that you still don't look ripped, just fuller as has been said. Looks better, imo.

Eat as clean as you can? i dont even know what that means. Clean is subjective as long as you are meeting your protein/fiber/fat minimum's you can have some leeway

Read this i posted it in my last log:

Why do you have to move up a class? Is this just because by adding more lean mass you wouldn't be able to cut down to this weight class again, or is it something else?

Read the first post again Hunter. It was already addressed I am TOO TALL TO BE A LIGHTWEIGHT. look at the pictures the kids are 2-3-4 inches shorter than me making me look taller/not as thick.

following along..sounds like a good game plan about adding weight and going up a weight class. The back shots you can see where the shorter guys look thicker..do you have any idea what the height differences were?
