There are many different exercises that one can use to get abs but all of them are hard work.

The body needs fats in the diet, hence the term "essential fats"

Xenical stops the body from absorbing fat and should only be used when recommended by a medical professional.

Side effects of Xenical includes oily spotting of clothes, severe flatulence, requirement of urgent bowel movements, fatty and oily stools, increased needing the toilet, flatulence, stomach pains, rectal pain, vomiting, diarrhea.

I always preferred to suck in my belly all day long to prevent the loosen of abs. Also a 10-20 minute abs workout every day can help get nice looking abs.

Is there any way to really know your body fat percentage?

Hydro static tank is the best method, or use calipers to keep a check on a regular basis, I use this method with clients in my gym on a monthly basis if they want

I have a friend that recommends 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night. Anyone have a similar routine? I know you can work out ABS every day of the week but I think they need rest days.

    Hi Steve
Absolutely, in fact, this is where many people go wrong. They focus more on losing fats than growing muscles. One of my high school trainers used to say that training hard without eating relevant foods is zero work. As far as he was concerned, if you cannot eat relevant foods to help grow your muscles, you should never waste your time in the gym.
High protein food is still the king in as far as building is concerned. The protein you eat goes straight to your muscles and plays a vital role in muscle recovery. As a matter of fact, it is recommended that you eat a gram of protein of your body weight per day. It is recommended that you eat foods that are loaded with protein throughout the day. However, it must be well spaced. To make it simple and understandable, it is recommended that you eat between 25 and 35 grams of protein for breakfast, another 25 grams at lunch and another 25 grams at dinner. The best sources of protein you should choose are chicken, whole grain cereals and Greek yogurt.

Those last three examples really helped! Thank you!

It is a tricky affair. But I believe with the right program, you can get the what you want. It is possible to chase lean, even with no muscles. So just remain committed and you will soon reap.
