    Default Fighting Fit

I've been hanging around the website, for a good while but this is my first time posting to the forums in a long time

I need some help. I'm looking to join the Navy in a few months, but I'm about 25 lbs too heavy to make weight. In all honesty, some of it is fat and some is muscle from years spent training and eating poorly before I had any idea what I was doing.

Obviously, cardio needs to be a big component of my plan, but I don't want to lose my hard earned muscle. I'm having trouble reconciling my desire to maintain and even build muscle with my need to build the endurance I need.

My other problem is although I have time to workout pretty much every day, the actually amount varies. Is there anyone out there who can help me put together what I need or point me in the right direction?

commitment is important for your goals, you'll have to somehow find time for training ! , and you won't lose muscle if you follow a good diet plan
