First off... a lot of that is probably genetic... just like ABS for a lot of people... they are just uneven genetically...but i can tell you now... the best way to fix an uneven chest is to use DB bench press so each arm works individually when pressing. Doing ONLY smith machine bench press is NOT the way to go.

Id use a routine something like:

    Flat BB bench -- 12, 10, 8
    DB Incline bench -- 12, 10, 8
    DB FLYS -- 12, 10, 8

or just simply choose from one of the numerous workouts on this site.

    Watched your video.

Doesn't look like any big deal and yes - it's probably genetic.

I agree with Cman, do DB press and only so many reps as you can maintain good form.

NEVER do the smith machine again. It let's you push some muscles way harder than you should because it takes the pressure of gravity & stabilisation away for you. It's a VERY DANGEROUS machine to use...

Another recommendation to go with the dumbbell bench press it to do it with one of those balance body balls. I find having to contantly keep stability not only adds a core dimension to it, but also addresses weaknesses in chest.

It's barely noticeable. If you hadn't pointed it out I'd have never noticed

It's probably genetic. I have a misshapen chest too. When I flex it appears as if there is a piece missing at the bottom midline of my left pectoral. Nothing you can do about it, just keep lifting and getting big. Don't let it discourage you.

My nose is also crooked, my jaw isn't set perfectly straight, and my left bicep is almost 1/2 inch larger than my right (that one is due to an injury, however). None of these things are really noticeable to anyone but me. It's not a big deal, we all have our issues.

I see what he's talking about, but that's just where the muscle attaches to the bone, there's absolutely nothing to be done about it, is what it is.
