    Default Need help with Lower Back injury recovery

    Hello all,
    I have had tweaks in my lower back several times. I tweaked it right in the tailbone area. I have gotten to the point now where I can squat with relatively no problem. However, I have been having some problems with mobility in my lower back. When I deadlift, my lower back gives me a lot of pain and my back stiffens up a lot. Does this sound familiar to anyone?????????

    Form is key and also stretching your hamstrings with 1-3 minute holds.
    A home gym consisting of Bowflex Power-Pro XTL and power blocks(5-90). Also been working out consistently at a community center-JCC since November of 2014. Nice to have the home gym to fall back on off days.
