    Default 8 hours per day?

I've recently been chatting training with some of the best fighters in my country. Some apparently claim that they train 8 hours a day. That's not to say its all full intensity workouts, sometimes its just light training. But wouldn't that represent excessive over-training? Opinions and thoughts guys.

Much the same as gymnasts, but gymnastic training is plyometric, increasing strength without increasing bulk, the direct opposite of normal weight trainers
