Default A quick look at SAN: Preworkout and BCAA

Here is my take on Fierce Domination and BCAA Pro Reloaded. Took them on their own on separate workouts so i can accurately assess.

    Fierce Domination,
Followed instructions on timing and water volume. Mixed easily, with recommended water. Focus sharply improved and began to get the tingles as time lead up to my workout. No Creatine dose was necessary since Fierce Domination includes a full serving of Creatine as noted on the label. I really like the ingredient profile on Fierce Domination. During my workout I had a great pump, focus, and energy for my lifts. I definitely noticed I looked and felt more swole than usual. Will update with any thoughts after I take my other sample. Taste was ok, preworkouts tend to grow on me as far as taste goes.

    BCAA Pro Reloaded,
Followed instructions on water volume. My first thought is I usually use about 2x as much water for my intra workout bcaa product. So I finished it earlier in my workout than usual. I noticed this has a 12:1 ratio, this is the most leucine I've seen in a BCAA product. Curious as to why they've used so much. Mixed quite easily. Taste, I was honestly not a fan of the taste for this product. I am used to my BCAA Product to being very tasty. Perhaps I would like another flavor better. Will update after next sample.

    Thanks for the review!

Domination ~ Glad you enjoyed enhanced focus! It has some pretty great nootropics in there, aside from all the fat doses of ergogenic stuff.

BCAA Pro ~ I haven't tried it yet, so I can't comment on taste. Someone else here said it tastes like Fierce Blue Raz? As far as the 12:1, it's because leucine is the most important of the BCAA's, with the most profound effects. We also have iBCAA MAX, which is a more traditional BCAA ratio, but takes a completely novel approach to improving performance, utilizing MGG, TRAACS minerals, and other ingrdients to boost alkalinity and reduce lactic acid. Pretty neat stuff, and it works GREAT.

    BCAA Pro reloaded

Took this today for deadlift day. Used about 20 oz. Water. The extra water didn't affect the flavor. Good recovery between sets. Awesome. Looking forward to fierce domination tomorrow.

Fierce domination: mixed easily, tasted good. Great focus and awesome pump. Amazing pump. No lingering after effects. No need to take a 5g. dose of creatine either. This is a pretty nice preworkout.
