I'm doing an article for my college news writing midterm, and the subject is over digital training vs personal training. I want to get the feedback from as many people as possible, since this paper has to be 4 pages so here are my questions below. (May post the article once I'm done...)

1. What advantages/disadvantages are there by using a digital trainer?
2. What advantages/disadvantages are there to using a personal trainer?
3. Do you have experiences with one or the other, if so which one and how was your experience?
4. For people that over weight and are just starting out at the gym which one would you recommend?
5. Anything else you'd like to add on the subject?
